One woman is dead after her car hit a tree in the town of Wayne, Steuben County early Monday morning. NYS police in Bath say Jivan Dhiri, 65, of Diamond Bar, California, was traveling north on West Waneta Lake Road when she lost control of her car at 6:30 Monday morning.
